  • To make a deposit by card, you will need to select the credit card option from the list of available payment methods. Access the Cashier – Deposit – Credit Card.

• How can I withdraw money? +

  • Go to the cashier and select "Withdrawals". You can withdraw money from your account at any time. The only available withdrawal option is by Bank Transfer. Before requesting a withdrawal, you must verify your bank account details, by uploading a bank statement.

• Can I cancel my withdrawal request? +

  • Sure! You can request to recredit a withdrawal from the History section within your Cashier page. There you will notice that your withdrawal is listed as “Pending withdrawals” and you can cancel it.
    If your withdrawal is no longer available on “Pending withdrawals” means that it was processed and it cannot be recredited. In this case, you will have to make a new deposit from the Deposit section.

• How long does it take for a withdrawal request to be processed and what is the average time to be reflected on my bank account? +

  • Withdrawals are approved within a maximum period of 24 hours once we have all the documentation and we have completed the pertinent verifications. As soon as the withdrawal appears as approved in the Cashier Withdrawal History section, it means that the withdrawal has been paid. Depending on the bank it may take up to 5 working days until your money becomes visible in your bank account. Unfortunately, we cannot change this time interval as is being established by the bank procedures.

• What type of documentation do I need to approve my withdrawal? +

  • The documentation requested is a bank statement showing your full name and IBAN. There is a possibility that additional documents to be required to complete the verification process.
