General Terms and Conditions for the Casino777.ch website

I. General

Casino Davos operates the online casino "Casino777.ch" via the website www.Casino777.ch and other access options (e.g. apps) under the name "Casino777.ch" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Casino Davos also operates an online poker service via the website "www.pokerstars.ch", in cooperation with TSG Interactive Gaming Ltd. ("TSG"), Villa Seminia 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta'Xbiex, XBX1011 Malta. All rights in connection with Casino777.ch apply exclusively to Casino Davos AG, Promenade 63, 7270 Davos, Switzerland (hereinafter "Casino777.ch"). The rights in connection with the online poker services on www.pokerstars.ch are described here. Casino Davos AG is the holder of Swiss licence no. 516-008-01 and is supervised by the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (www.esbk.admin.ch).

These General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use ("GTC") are a prerequisite for the use of the websites www.casino777.ch and www.pokerstars.ch. The GTC come into force immediately upon registration. After registering a player account with Casino777.ch, you agree to have understood our GTC and to accept them in full. By using our websites or any of our games (including poker), you fully acknowledge and agree to accept our T and Cs and TSG's T and Cs throughout your use of our websites.

These GTC do not cover any issues arising from the use of the websites and games with third party hardware (e.g. PC, mobile phones, tablets) or software (e.g. operating system, web browser, access software), the use of third party app stores (e.g. Google Play, iTunes, Windows Store, Apple Store) or from the user's internet connection to the services, as these services are not provided by Casino777.ch.

To open a player account at Casino777.ch, you must I) be of legal age, II) have a domicile or habitual residence in Switzerland, III) and not be subject to any gambling ban (Art. 80 BGS) and IV; Art. 52 BGS).

If a person has registered with Casino777.ch who is not of age, does not have a domicile or habitual residence in Switzerland, is subject to a gambling ban or is subject to a gambling prohibition, losses will not be reimbursed and winnings will not be paid out, taking into account Art. 52 para. 4 of the Ordinance on Gambling.

You may only have one (1) player account on our website. If you attempt to open more than one player account, all player accounts may be blocked by us and any bonuses may be cancelled. It is prohibited to sell, transfer or purchase player accounts to or from any other person.

II. Registration of the player account

The player is not entitled to a specific 777 user name and poker pseudonym. The username must be unique and clearly identifiable. Insulting, offensive or otherwise inappropriate names are not permitted. Also prohibited are usernames that contain or allude to an internet link or usernames that allude to certain rights of the user. 777.ch and the CDAG reserve the right to temporarily block accounts with an unacceptable username. Accounts can be reactivated as soon as a suitable and acceptable alternative has been chosen.

In order to be able to participate in real-money games at Casino777.ch or Pokerstars.ch, a registration ("player account") via the website www.Casino777.ch or www.pokerstars.ch is required. Casino777.ch reserves the right to refuse the opening of a customer account without giving reasons.

You must complete all mandatory information required on our registration form truthfully and in accordance with official identification, including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, residence or location address, and a valid email address and mobile phone number. You will also be asked to set a maximum transfer limit of game credits from your player account to your poker wallet at www.pokerstars.ch before using our online poker offer for the first time. In your player account you will find further limits with which you can regulate your play. These maximum limits can be changed in your player account at any time, whereby a decrease takes effect immediately and an increase only after 24 hours.

You undertake, for the duration of this Agreement and the business relationship with us, to provide only complete and truthful information relating to yourself and to notify us promptly of any changes thereto.

When you register, your address of residence or domicile is checked. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for this purpose (first and last name as well as address data) to an information centre (CRIF AG, Riesbachstrasse 61, 8008 Zurich). At the same time, we check whether you are not listed in the register of banned players.

III. Provisional opening of a player account

After registration, a provisional player account is opened. As long as the player account has not been finally opened, your transfers may not exceed CHF 1,000 and your winnings may not be paid out in accordance with Art. 52 of the Money Gaming Ordinance (VGS). If the necessary documents for the verification of the details provided have not been submitted within 30 days, we are obliged to set the player account inactive in accordance with Art. 52 VGS.

IV. Term

These T and Cs shall apply for an indefinite period until the registration of the player account is terminated. The player benefits from the services of the websites as soon as his registration is confirmed by Casino777.ch.

V. Deposits on your player account

You can use the listed payment methods to make your deposits. These payment methods may be unilaterally changed by us at any time. When using a credit or debit card for deposits, an authorisation will be carried out. If approved and authorised, the deposit amount will be credited to your customer account. VI. Disbursements

In accordance with Art. 50 VGS, we may only transfer payouts to a payment account that is in your name. Casino777.ch may request identification documents or other information during a payout process.

VII. Inactive player account

A player account is considered inactive if it has not been used for 24 consecutive months. Casino777.ch will contact you if your account becomes inactive. After 24 months, Casino777.ch will independently transfer the remaining amount (excluding any bonus credit) to a payment account recorded in the player account. If this is not possible due to missing or invalid account details and Casino777.ch is unable to contact you, we are obliged to transfer the remaining balance to the AHV compensation fund after a further 24 months in accordance with Art. 51 VGS.

VIII. Termination of your player account.

You can request to close your player account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please send an email to [email protected] and let us know.

The termination of the player account means that the player:

i) terminates any use of the website www.Casino777.ch/www.pokerstars.ch and the Games.

ii) removed any copy of www.Casino777.ch/www.pokerstars.ch from its computer or other medium.

The closure of a definitive player account leads to the immediate payment of the amounts on the player's account (without bonus credit), provided that the holder has not carried out any fraudulent activities that have led to the account being blocked. If this is not possible due to missing or invalid account data and Casino777.ch is unable to contact you, we are obliged to transfer the remaining amount to the AHV compensation fund after a further 24 months in accordance with Art. 51 VGS.

IX. Account blocking by Casino777.ch

Casino777.ch reserves the right to suspend registration, terminate and close a player's account temporarily or permanently without notice or compensation, including during play, in particular in the following cases:

- Casino777.ch assumes that the player has violated one or more provisions of these GTC.

- TSG reports Casino777.ch a violation of the GTC on www.pokerstars.ch or game rules for poker.

- The player has not submitted all the documents required for the validation of his player account within the required deadline.

- The documents submitted to Casino777.ch are incomplete or inaccurate.

- The requirements for registration are not or no longer fulfilled.

- The player is prohibited from playing.

- In the event of misuse of bonuses, promotions and/or other offers from Casino777.ch and/or TSG.

- In the event of gross misconduct towards the customer service and other employees of Casino 777.ch or related companies, including any threatening, offensive and aggressive behavior.

- In the event of a simple suspicion or observation by Casino777.ch of fraud or illegal activity on the part of the player or an attempt to use the website www.Casino777.ch or www.pokerstars.ch or the gambling services illegally, including the use of another player's player account (even with the player's consent).

X. Responsible Play

XI. Limits

Casino Davos offers different types of limits to keep the gaming fun. Among these limits, we offer limits that apply to the casino and poker: Betting Limits and Net Loss Limits. In addition, a transfer limit is offered for transfers from the player account to the poker account.

These limits can be applied daily, weekly or monthly. If you decide to increase your limit, the new limit will apply at the end of the period of your current limit, but not before 24 hours. If you decide to reduce your limit, the new limit applies immediately.

XII. Combating money laundering

Casino777.ch may block your customer account and withhold your existing credit balance as soon as money laundering is suspected. For certain transactions, we are obliged to request additional information from you in accordance with the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Gaming Board on the Due Diligence Obligations of Casinos in the Context of Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. Your player account may remain blocked until the legally required information and documents have been submitted.

XIII. Bonus rules

Bonus credits (bonuses) are amounts of money that can be credited to a player's account in connection with promotions. XIV. General rules of the game

If the connection is interrupted while a game is in progress, the game is recorded on the game servers. The result is displayed in the status of the player account and any winnings are credited to the player account. After a game interruption, no new game is initiated and no further bet is debited.

In the event of a software error or malfunction of the random number generator (RNG), the current game is void.

If Casino777.ch has mistakenly credited an incorrect amount to your player account, you are obliged to inform us immediately and to reimburse us for the incorrect credit.

You are solely responsible for any taxation of your winnings and compliance with other financial and legal requirements. For winnings in excess of CHF 1 million, we are obliged to withhold withholding tax and pay it to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.

XX. Version / Amendments

Our GTCs are published in several languages for information purposes and for easier orientation. However, should there be any discrepancies between these GTCs and the German version of our GTCs, the German version shall always be binding for both contractual partners.

Casino777.ch reserves the right to make changes to these T and Cs at any time and thus to amend the agreement between you and Casino777.ch. We will send you any changes to our T and Cs by e-mail before they come into effect. If you do not accept the changes, you can contact our customer support and request the closure of your account at any time. The changes to our T and Cs will become effective immediately after they are posted on www.Casino777.ch. It is your own responsibility to review our T and Cs and familiarise yourself with the specific rules of our games.

XXI. Assignment

Casino777.ch reserves the right to legally assign or transfer this Agreement. You may not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.

XXII. Jurisdiction

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Davos. The relationship between you and Casino777.ch is governed exclusively by Swiss law. If individual clauses of the above provisions are invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
